The "eyes" have it in this Halloween candy tray created with Patio Paint.
DecoArt Products Required
Patio Paint
• DCP14 - Cloud White
• DCP21 - Wrought Iron Black
• DCP29 - Petunia Purple
• DCP52 - Pumpkin
• DCP57 - Marigold
Supplies
• Foam plate
• 3/4" flat brush
• 10-mm, 20-mm, and 30-mm round foam pouncer brushes
Surfaces
• 11.4" terra cotta saucer
Instructions
Preparation: Remove any labels or tags from surface.
1. Let dry after each step.
2. Use Petunia Purple to paint inside base of saucer.
3. Use 30-mm pouncer and Cloud White to paint random dots on Petunia Purple saucer base.
4. Use 20-mm pouncer and Pumpkin to dot over large Cloud White dots.
5. Use 20-mm pouncer and Marigold to dot randomly over open Petunia Purple area.
6. Use 10-mm pouncer and Wrought Iron Black to dot over Pumpkin dots and in remaining open area of Petunia Purple.
7. Use end of brush handle dipped in Wrought Iron Black to paint small dots over Marigold dots.
8. Use Wrought Iron Black to paint remainder of saucer.
Helpful Hint
In order to get consistent pattern when painting dots, some may extend off base onto inner sides and will be covered with Wrought Iron Black later.
